Many people are aware to their “sluggish” bad appearance. They usually do not have good posture; their bodies usually slope forward, reflecting a malfunctioning of the chest muscles and diaphragms resulting from a weak front sphincter. Once they have straightened up through sphincter gymnastics, their breathing almost always improved.
In some cases they will seek expensive surgical solution, yet results varies.
they learn which exercises their bodies need to function better, so they can help themselves during acute attacks. Many people have told me they have been able to reduce or even do away with their reliance on medication as a result.
As so often is the case with Ring Muscles exercises, a person does not start out by exercising the weak sphincters directly, but instead reaches it through one or more healthy sphincters. Usually, we begin with other exercises to strengthen the back muscles; hands over the eyes, the upper lip to nose exercise, and progress to other exercises until sufficient muscle tone has been developed.
Systematic exercising of the Ring Muscles strengthens weakened muscles and malfunctioning organs and limbs. These exercises commonly result in the curing or relief of pain and discomfort as well as dramatically improving tehe patient’s appearance.
Being that each body is different from the other, there are no particular exercises for any given ailment and it might take several exercises to find the most functional exercise that will initiate the chain reaction and will result in body balance, healing the ailing part.
In doing Ring Muscles Exercises, the body starts a self healingprocess. A depressed person’s state of mind benefits as his or her posture improves. As physical balance is restored through exercising, mental equilibrium improves, too.
